We operate Wildcat Rewards, the www.wildcatrewards.com website, the app.wildcatrewards.com web application, and the Wildcat Rewards iOS mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By visiting our Service, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy as they may be amended from time to time.
This Policy may change over time as our business changes, so check back periodically.
Protecting your Personal Information is one of our highest priorities. We will inform you of why and how we collect, use and disclose Personal Information; obtain your consent, as required; and handle Personal Information according to applicable law. Our privacy commitment includes ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your Personal Information and allowing you to request access to, and correction of, your personal information.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
We will only collect Personal Information that is necessary to fulfill the following purposes:

We are committed to ensuring the security of your Personal Information and may use passwords, encryption, firewalls, restricted employee access or other methods, in our discretion. We will use appropriate security measures when destroying your Personal Information such as shredding documents or deleting electronically stored information, in our discretion.
Personal Information may include your name; date of birth; postal address; e-mail address; telephone number; wireless device addresses (including text message addresses); photograph; gender; location; relationship with the university (ie student, high school student, graduate student, alumni, family of student, family of prospective student, fan, student ID, graduation year, or other); browsing and transaction history; and demographic information. If you log-in to the App using your Facebook or Instagram account, or you otherwise authorize us to access your Facebook or Instagram account, you allow us to access your Facebook or Instagram profile, your photographs, your friend list, your group memberships, your friend's contact information, and any other information that Facebook or Instagram allows us to collect.
The App collects precise information about the geographic location of your device. Our app only collects your location and the time associated with your location when you check in as part of a challenge. Our app does not collect data about your location otherwise. So, you can rest easy that our app does not track your location or movements.
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service's functionality. These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.
Cookies are files with small amounts of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.

We use several social networking platforms to communicate with our users, some of which are operated by third parties, such as Facebook and Instagram. This Policy applies to our use of information you submit to us there, but it does not apply to what those third party platforms do with your information. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them.
Our Service includes features and functionalities that allow you to share information with us that you have already provided to a third party social networking platform. For example, you may be able to create an account on our Service or log-in to our Service using your Facebook account or other third party credentials. If you do so, then Personal Information or other data that you have provided to that third party will be made available to us and other users of the Service, pursuant to the third party's terms and conditions, and you consent to our use of that information in accordance with this Policy. The information we receive from that third party may depend on the privacy settings you have on the third party site.
We also include tools on our Service that allow you to share and/or publicly post content or information from our Service to your profile on a third party social network. For example, "I found this event on Wildcat Rewards." Third party social networking platforms and blogging platforms have their own privacy policies which explain how they will use, protect and share your information, including any information you share on those platforms from our Service, and we encourage you to read them.
We may share the information we collect on the Service with others for a variety of reasons. In addition to the kinds of information sharing you might expect, such as sharing with third parties who need your information in order to provide services to us (or on our behalf) and sharing what you voluntarily post to public areas on the Service with the public, we may share your information:
We may share your Personal Information and Service Usage Information collected on the Service with your school. Your school may have its own privacy policy which explains how it will use, protect and share your information, including any information it obtains from our Service, and we encourage you to read that policy.
In addition, we may share non-personally identifiable Service Usage Information (including aggregate data) with others, for their own use, in a form that does not include your name or contact information.
You may review, update or modify certain of the Personal Information that is stored in your user account on the Service (if you have one) by logging in to the "Settings" or similar area of the Service or by contacting us using the "Contact US" information below. We may ask you to verify your identity and to provide other details before we are able to provide you with any information, correct any inaccuracies, or delete any information. Your right to delete your information is subject to our records retention policies.

You can opt out of the Wildcat Rewards program or to promotional messages by contacting us at wildcatrewards@acu.edu. You may opt-out of all information collection by the App by deleting your Wildcat Rewards account through the "Settings" page of the App. You can control the sharing of information from services like Facebook and Instagram through the settings control of those individual services. Use the settings control on your device to opt out of our access to things like your location or contacts.
